Every Warden feature is in every plan. You pay per care home, by how many staff you have. No setup fee, no 12-month contract, and a 14-day free trial before you pay anything.

Prices are in pounds sterling, per care home, per month, excluding VAT. Your plan follows the number of active staff in Warden.

How billing works

How do we pay?

When your trial ends, we bill you monthly or yearly by invoice.

What if our home grows?

Your plan follows your number of active staff. If you move into the next size, we'll tell you before your next invoice.

Can we cancel?

Yes, at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There's no 12-month contract and no setup fee.

What happens to our evidence if we leave?

You keep it. The full evidence pack downloads as PDF or Word, and each notice's register and the training matrix export as PDF.
